Special Order More Products, Same Jaycar

Jaycar Special Order is a new range of products direct from supplier to you the customer, giving you an even greater selection of products in one place. Simply look out for the Special Order icon on products, add those to your cart and collect from your local Jaycar store when you are notified. All Special Order products are shipped from their supplier so please keep in mind delivery times, as some items can take up to 10 days to reach your preferred Jaycar store.

Step 1

Select your preferred collection store:

Select "Collection Store" and enter your postcode or suburb. The drop down list will find the closest stores to you.

Step 2

Add Jaycar Special Order products to cart:

Add products with the Special Order flag to cart and select "Pickup from Store" on the cart page. Please note that having special order items in your cart with everyday stocked items will cause your full order to be delayed. We suggest you place your order separately for Special Order products.

Step 3

Pay online:

Checkout/login as a new or existing customer, or if you're just visiting we support that too. Once finished you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This is a copy of your order and means your order is currently being assembled. You will receive a separate notification once your order is ready to collect.

Step 4

Collect FREE in-store:

As soon as your order arrives, we will then send you a Ready to Collect email. Now you can head on over to your nominated collection store and speak with our friendly staff.

Terms and Conditions

Special Orders are products that are ordered directly from our suppliers at your request, either in-store or on our website. These items can only be delivered to one of our company-owned stores for you to pick up. Delivery time will vary depending on location and supplier. Jaycar Electronics Group endeavours to ensure the product is available but cannot be liable for any items that may become unavailable at the time of order due to circumstances beyond our control. All orders must be paid in full before orders will be delivered.

Special Order products are covered by our standard trading terms (here) with the exception that Special Orders are excluded from our change of mind return policy so please take extra care to ensure the product is right for you before ordering.
