Overview

Most PIRs can be triggered by pets, birds or other non-threatening movement, so are generally not suitable for outdoor use. The dual lenses, use of two synchronised PIR sensors and microwave technologies, plus the movement detection algorithm built in reduces these false alarms and this together with the IP65 rating makes this sensor suitable for outdoor domestic or commercial security applications. It also has NO and NC alarm outputs, tamper switch and LED alarm trigger indicator.
