HDMI to 3G SDI Converter

These converters allow conversion from HDMI to 3G SDI signals and vice versa. Conversion of broadcast quality 3G SDI video signals means common HDMI equipped TVs and PC monitors can playback uncompressed 2.970Gbps digital footage from cameras supporting this format. Saves you from needing to buy a purpose built display or video card that accepts 3G SDI signals. They are also backwards compatible with lower bandwidth SD and HD SDI  signals. Security cameras are beginning to adopt 3G SDI standard due to the vastly superior image quality they can produce. The ability of SDI cables to run up to 100m without a booster makes them ideal for security use. This also provides an alternative way transmit HDMI over long distances, simply use AC-1729 as the transmitter with AC-1727 as the receiver.
