COVID-19 & Shipping Updates

In line with government guidelines, all Jaycar company-owned stores are open to all customers. We encourage all customers to take advantage of free delivery for online orders over $99. We thank you for your support as we continue try to keep our community and stores safe. See here for the latest on delivery delays.

Covid-19 Updates

In line with the New Zealand Government Health Orders. Effective Wednesday 10th of November all Retail stores will operate at Level 2 restrictions.

To ensure we as a business continue to trade and be in line with government health orders please also remember:
- Don't enter if unwell.
- Wear your mask over your nose and mouth.
- Check-in and Out, QR codes are on site.
- Stay 2m apart.
- Shop quick, don't browse.
- Shop alone.
- Use hand sanitiser.

We continue to encourage all customers to use our online options for delivery and Click & Collect to reduce contact and congestion in stores.

Shipping Delays

We are currently experiencing an increased volume of online orders, along with delays and general congestion within our freight and logistic networks. Unfortunately, this is resulting in delays getting some of your orders delivered to you on time. Unaffected services are our FREE 1hr Click & Collect, we encourage you to use this service if you need your order urgently.
